It's a hands-on leadership development opportunity centered on coaching, operational excellence, accountability, and building strong teams within a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Whether you already have leadership experience or you're an emerging leader ready for the next step, this program is designed to help you build the operational, leadership, and people skills needed to grow into a Restaurant Manager or Director-level role over time.

This isn't a "sit back and watch" program - it's an active, fast-paced development track where you'll work alongside experienced leaders, receive one-on-one mentorship, and gradually take on more leadership responsibility as you grow.

Pay: $18-$24.50/hr, based entirely on experience

  • Model professionalism, urgency, accountability, and leadership presence
