Key Sub Tasks

  • Value Creation & Growth Driver.
  • Partner with General Managers to drive revenue growth and margin expansion at Flint brands.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of sales operations.
  • Partner with General Managers to build industryยญ best culture & engagement.
  • Work closely with brand leadership to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Learn & Deploy Flint Playbook & Management Approach.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Flintโ€™s playbook to drive change by deploying the overall philosophy.
  • Evaluate and improve training experiences for field employees and office employees.
  • Train and develop others in the organization on the playbook and how to implement best practices.
  • Work as a member of the leadership team to continuously refine our operations roadmap and vision.
  • Partner with the General Manager to build and lead strong and efficient teams.
  • Hire, Retain, and develop top talent.
  • Establish credibility and strong working relationships with Flintโ€™s senior leadership team.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by participating in industry training programs to learn effectivesales, office operations, field operations, and customer service best practices.
  • Participate in development events with Flint leadership team (i.e., roundtable events, 1:1 coaching, group training, etc.).
