What You’ll Do:

Lead With Saucy! Energy

  • Help hire top talent and bring the Saucy! energy into every onboarding moment.
  • Train, coach, and develop Rockstars (Team members) and Vibe Captains (Shift Supervisors) to deliver exceptional best-in-class food and hospitality.
  • Drive a positive, fun, and inclusive team culture where recognition and motivation are at the forefront — and every employee feels seen, heard, and celebrated.
  • Support the Saucy! Experience Director (SED) in leading daily huddles, feedback sessions, and performance coaching.

Deliver the Saucy! Experience

  • Own the guest journey—from fresh food to flawless vibes.
