This Landscape Install Crew Lead role directs daily operations for landscaping and outdoor installation projects, ensuring high-quality results from start to finish. The primary objective is to guide a dedicated crew through successful plantings, drainage solutions, and site transformations while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage a landscape installation crew to complete projects on time, within scope, and to exact specifications.
  • Execute general landscaping duties, including planting trees and shrubs, weeding, mulching, and site cleanups.
  • Install effective drainage solutions to ensure proper water mitigation and landscape longevity.
  • Assist with and oversee hardscape installations—such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways—ensuring structural integrity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
