Job Description

The General Laborer supports daily warehouse and production operations by processing customer orders, picking products with RF barcode scanners, and packing items accurately and efficiently. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively across different tasks such as packaging, loading, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately by following established procedures and work instructions.
  • Pick products from designated locations using an RF (Radio Frequency) barcode scanner to ensure correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Transport picked products to the processing station and complete order processing steps as required.
  • Pack products securely and neatly to prepare them for shipment, ensuring packaging meets quality and safety standards.
  • Assist with general production activities, including organizing materials and supporting workflow as needed.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading items, moving products, and maintaining organized work areas.
  • Clean and maintain workstations, aisles, and common areas to support a safe and orderly environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures while handling products, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support smooth and efficient operations.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and production setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr.
