Job Title: General Laborer

Job Description Support wash plant operations by loading and unloading materials, moving construction supplies, performing general labor, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Perform general labor and concrete-related tasks.
• Use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support daily wash plant and construction operations.

Required Skills:

• General construction or labor experience.
• Experience handling and moving materials.
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and PPE.
• Comfort using hand tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Experience in construction, industrial, or wash plant environments.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Work Environment

• Based at a wash plant facility in Farmingdale. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Work involves material handling, general labor, and maintaining a safe, clean jobsite.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmingdale, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
