Job description

Job Title: General Laborer – Snow Fence Maintenance (Entry-Level)

Location: Statewide throughout Wyoming (Weekly Travel Required) Experience Level: Entry-Level (Paid Training Provided)

About the Position

Are you looking for an active, outdoor job where no two days are the same? We are currently hiring General Laborers to help maintain and replace lumber on snow fences across the beautiful state of Wyoming.

No prior experience is necessary! If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we will provide all the on-the-job training you need to succeed. This is a travel-heavy role, making it a great opportunity for those who enjoy being on the road, with all weekly travel expenses fully covered by the company.

What You Will Do

  • Remove damaged lumber and install new wood on snow fences across various statewide locations.
  • Work collaboratively with a crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Travel on a weekly basis to different job sites throughout Wyoming.
  • Safely operate equipment and tools as trained.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding, outdoor role. Candidates must be able to:

  • Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the workday.
  • Comfortably climb and work at heights up to 12 feet.
  • Team-lift heavy materials weighing up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Required: Must be able and willing to travel weekly (company pays for all travel expenses).
  • Preferred: Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but entirely optional.
  • Bonus: A valid Driver’s License and/or Forklift Certification are highly helpful, but not required to apply.
