Warner’s Outdoor Solutions is looking to grow our team! We have multiple positions for people who love the outdoors and want to learn more about the lawn care/landscaping industry. In our company, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our managers to get hands-on experience with not only the lawn care industry, but also landscaping, irrigation, and tree care.
Job Description:

  • Work with current lawn crews and managers completing daily lists and tasks
  • Work efficiently doing various outdoor tasks including spreading fertilizer and/or weed control, trimming shrubs/plants, cleaning lawns, using riding mowers, applying different materials to trees etc.
  • Use different materials/machines including backpack sprayers, push behind spreaders, trimmers, pruners, mowers, bobcats, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and office personnel
  • Ensure the proper care and safety operations of equipment
  • Drive work trucks to different work sites throughout the metro area

Job Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required- No DUIs/DWIs the past 3-5 years
  • Able to walk up to 5 miles per day
  • Can lift 50 lbs. in and out of trucks 50 times per day
  • Ability to carry 35 lb. backpack sprayer on back for 8 hours per day
  • Okay working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun/heat and cold

Compensation:
$20-$25/hr depending on experience and ability to drive our vehicles.
During the winter months, we provide snow removal to our customers. We plow both commercial and residential properties. Hours in the winter months are based on when it snows.
