What we expect from youThe General Manager will be responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run.  S/he will lead day-to-day restaurant operations and staff management.  These duties will include executing company policies, procedures and programs.   As the Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the District Manager.   • Inspire Team Members to go above and beyond by helping to advance their skills
  •  Interview for selection in hiring on all staffing levels to create a Team of customer-oriented, highly productive employees, understanding that growth is as much about people as it is about dollars
  •  Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our fast food restaurant.
  • Minimum of 2 years Shift Supervisor or 1 year Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
  •  Open/Flexible work availability and excellent attendance
  • Valid DL in good standing & access to private transportation required
