General Laborer - Well Drilling & Pump Installation
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join a well drilling and pump installation team. This position offers hands-on experience in a skilled trade with the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with water well drilling operations
  • Help install, repair, and maintain water pumps
  • Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site
  • Operate hand and power tools as directed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Travel to various job sites as needed
  • Work occasional night shifts when project demands require
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
