Job description

We are looking for reliable labor workers to assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of boat lifts and docks. Work is outdoors on waterfront properties and marinas. This position involves physical labor and assisting a crew with marine construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installing and repairing boat lifts and docks

  • Carry and move materials such as lumber, pilings, brackets, and hardware

  • Help with drilling, cutting, and assembling dock structures

  • Operate basic hand and power tools

  • Assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

  • Follow crew leader instructions and safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs

  • Comfortable working outdoors in heat and around water

  • Basic construction experience preferred but not required

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills (not required):
