Overview We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers, Machine Operators, and Warehouse Associates in the Milwaukee area. These are excellent opportunities for candidates looking to build experience in manufacturing, production, and warehouse environments. Team members will support daily operations by operating equipment, assisting with production processes, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and production equipment following safety and quality standards

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility

  • Package, label, and prepare products for shipment

  • Assist with warehouse, production, and general labor tasks as needed

  • Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met

  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records when required

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
