Job Title: General Labor – Small Parts

Job Summary:

The General Labor employee is responsible for handling, sorting, and packaging small parts and materials in a manufacturing environment. This position requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle and sort small parts and materials.
  • Run a band saw and drill press
  • Count, organize, label, and package parts.
  • Run a forklift
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Use basic hand tools and production equipment as required.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet production, quality, and attendance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle small parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work.
