Position Summary

Easton Select Group is seeking hardworking and dependable General Laborers to support construction, renovation, service, and maintenance projects. This role assists field crews with a variety of tasks including material handling, site preparation, equipment operation, cleanup, and general labor duties.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is willing to learn new skills, and takes pride in completing quality work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist crews with construction, renovation, service, and maintenance projects.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Prepare job sites and maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Dig, shovel, lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
  • Support installation and repair work under the direction of experienced team members.
  • Assist with demolition, cleanup, and debris removal.
  • Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely.
  • Follow company safety procedures and job site regulations.
  • Perform general warehouse, yard, and facility maintenance when needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Previous construction, landscaping, pool, maintenance, warehouse, or labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
