Looking for a hands-on job where you can learn new skills, work with a great team, and build products that make a difference? MPE is hiring General Labor Helpers to support our Assembly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing with a company that values training, teamwork, and growth.

As a General Labor Helper, you will assist with a variety of assembly and production tasks in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. No manufacturing experience is required—we will train the right candidate.

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday, overtime as required.

Pay rate $18-20/hour

What You'll Do
  • Assist assemblers with preparing materials and components for production
  • Package, label, and move finished products
  • Perform basic assembly and production support tasks
  • Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Use hand tools and basic measuring devices as needed
  • Support other departments and production activities as assigned
