General Labor / Plant Utility (Entry-Level) - Blair, WI
Starting at $22/hr + $3 Shift Diff Growth Opportunities | $2,500 Bonus | 2-2-3 Schedule

Schedule
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shift, 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
  • Work only half the month
  • Built-in days off + predictable rotation
What You'll Do
  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Perform routine plant inspections and report issues
  • Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas
  • Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials
  • Pull product samples and support quality control standards
