As our General Labourer you will be responsible for day-to-day duties at our metals recycling facility, supporting operations by sorting and processing metals and maintaining a safe work site.

This role is based out of Martensville, SK.


Join a team that prioritizes safety, collaboration, and continuous learning. In this hands-on role, you'll gain experience operating a variety of equipment, develop valuable skills in metal recycling and material processing, and have opportunities for cross-training and career growth while contributing to a safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation.


This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with overtime and Saturday shits as required.  


  • Responsible for sorting non-ferrous material, cutting material to size and packaging
  • Ensure all SECURE safety policies and procedures are followed
  • Partake in all safety related meetings including: daily tail gates, last minute risk assessment, etc.
  • Willing to be trained on other positions
  • Must have an understanding of all power and small tools
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
  • Clean, lubricate and fuel all equipment and general site housekeeping
  • Other related duties as required
