They are common in environments where employees are expected to assist in multiple functions rather than focusing on a single specialty.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a general general?

To thrive as a General Manager, you need strong leadership, business acumen, strategic planning abilities, and typically a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. These competencies are crucial to effectively oversee operations, maximize efficiency, and ensure overall business success.

What are some common challenges faced by general generals in balancing operational oversight with strategic leadership?

General Managers often find it challenging to balance day-to-day operational demands with the need for long-term strategic planning.
