Position Details:

  • Join SEARHCs top-of-the-line medical staff and make a big difference in a small community
  • Enjoy an ideal work/life balance working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible scheduling options
  • Shared call ~ 7 nights per month for an amazing quality of life
    • Call Pay: $650/$1,000 scheduled call of 7 nights p/m
    • Ability to pick up extra call for extra pay: $1,300/$2,000 for additional call taken
  • You manage your weekly OR to Clinic schedule
  • Get to know your patients, seeing an average of 8-10 on OR days and 12 on Clinic days (with room for growth)
  • Keep your medical practice sharp by performing a wide range of procedures including B&B, endoscopy, LAP hernia, colon, gall bladder, appendectomy, no C-sections
  • Open to launching new service lines to match your skillset
  • No ICU in this 25-bed critical access hospital, with very little trauma

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation salary: $505,000 annual base salary, with additional productivity bonus based on wRVUs, and paid call.
