Job Description:
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction operations for assigned projects, with a strong emphasis on coordinating electrical scopes and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can travel as needed, manage subcontractors, enforce safety practices, and maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee the installation, inspection, and quality assurance of electrical systems and components
- Ensure compliance with all drawings, specifications, safety protocols, and local codes
- Coordinate and communicate with the project manager, vendors, inspectors, and field teams

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman for a commercial general contractor
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, code compliance, installation methods, and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in construction management tools (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
