Horizon Retail Construction is a nationally recognized general contractor specializing in tenant improvement. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Reprographics Tech to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-speed copiers, scanners and large-format reprographics equipment
  • Prepare, pack and ship documents and drawings accurately and on time
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
  • Sort, scan, email and distribute plans and documents across departments and teams
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PDF tools for document processing and communication
  • Perform physically active work, including standing, walking, bending and lifting 30-50 pounds
  • Stocks and maintains office, facility and reprographics supply inventory
  • Performs general facilities and office equipment maintenance
