We are seeking an experienced General Contractor / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to support ongoing facility maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects across multiple locations. This role requires a well-rounded professional with strong hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and general construction. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and oversee work in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, and general carpentry.

  • Diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs and installations efficiently.

  • Support small to large-scale renovation and capital projects.

  • Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

  • Coordinate with facility leadership, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.

  • Provide clear documentation, photos, and project updates.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a general contractor or multi-trade technician.
