Myers Home Buyers • Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Myers Home Buyers is a Texas real estate brokerage where agents work investment property. Most brokerages hand you a name badge and a Saturday open house. We hand you a property already under contract and a list of investors who buy them.
You don't need a book of business or five years of experience. You need to be someone who'd rather be graded on results than effort.
What you'll do
  • Sell investment properties already under contract to our cash-buyer network
  • Walk investors through deal numbers like finding repair estimates, comps, exit value
  • Manage buyer showings and coordinate closings with title
  • Build and maintain relationships with active local investors
  • Move into acquisitions as you're ready: sourcing and contracting properties yourself
  • Collaborate with experienced investment agents through our agent development platform.

Compensation
Commission only, paid per closed transaction. Agents earn 20% of gross commission on properties they sell and 60-80% on properties they acquire. There is no cap and no draw.
Illustration: a transaction producing $15,000 in gross commission pays the selling agent $3,000 and the acquiring agent $9,000. Actual earnings depend on transactions closed.
