The Assistant Project Manager will support construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role plays a key part in coordinating project activities and collaborating with teams to deliver successful outcomes. Client Details Our client is a premier luxury residential general contractor based in Greenwich, CT, specializing in the construction of custom homes and large-scale renovations for discerning homeowners throughout Fairfield County and the surrounding area. Description As Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following. Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day management of multiple luxury residential projects. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and homeowners. Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents. Prepare meeting minutes and maintain accurate project documentation. Assist with procurement and material tracking to support project schedules. Help monitor project costs and support budget management. Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout documentation. Visit jobsites to monitor progress and assist with field coordination. Utilize construction management software and technology to improve project efficiency. Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software is a plus. Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
