You will serve as the primary right-hand partner to the Owner, directly executing vital day-to-day business and personal operations. This role demands a high-performing professional capable of maintaining complete confidentiality while organizing a rapidly shifting corporate landscape. You will have the unique opportunity to influence business development and streamline executive efficiency in a tight-knit, growth-focused construction firm.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Research market concepts, potential construction projects, and target contacts utilizing internet resources and AI applications.
  • Translate executive ideas, voice dictations, and raw meeting notes into polished internal corporate communications and formal letters.
  • Coordinate complex professional and personal calendars, proactively scheduling appointments and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage comprehensive corporate and personal files securely, enforcing strict confidentiality through non-disclosure standards.
  • Arrange cost-effective travel, lodging, and vehicle reservations tailored strictly to the preferred parameters of the Owner.
  • Partner with attorneys, real estate brokers, and title companies to assemble flawless document packages for loans and property closings.
  • Facilitate administrative workflows across company departments while managing incoming phone calls, visitors, and basic IT coordination.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative support role.
  • Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and general corporate office procedures.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills combined with strong basic mathematical capabilities.
  • Proven multi-tasking dexterity required to navigate frequent interruptions from phone lines and internal personnel.
  • Ability to present at least three professional job references upon request.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds and sufficient mobility to reach high-density files and office supplies.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience
