Job description

We seek talented, innovative, and experienced Journeyman and Apprentice Plumbers to join our team at our Belgrade/Bozeman location with long term projects in the Helena area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on autonomy, as we trust our employees to do their jobs effectively. This position offers opportunities for individuals wanting to grow in their careers and work on large and unique commercial projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on commercial projects
  • Work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop project plans and execute them efficiently.
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate with general contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber license (Montana) or State apprenticeship card and current OJT hours
  • Versed in building codes
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing projects
  • High standards of quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
