Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient Therapy Clinic
Cartersville GA

(Georgia License Required) | 8hr Day Shifts

Facility Overview
Hospital-affiliated outpatient therapy clinic specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy.

Department Snapshot

  • Census: 10-15 patients per day, scheduled in 30-minute intervals with dovetailed appointments (1-hour for complex evaluations; 30 minutes for simple evals/treatments).

  • Team Support: 2 therapists, 1 Office Coordinator, and 1 Rehab Aide on site.

  • Shifts: 8hr Day Shifts (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week). No on-call, weekends, holidays, or floating required.

Patient Population
General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, and fractures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant SLP experience required (highly prefer outpatient rehab experience).

  • Previous travel experience required.

  • First-time travelers not accepted.

  • Licenses/Certifications: Active SLP license in Georgia; BLS certification.

Skills & Technology

  • Proficient in EPIC EMR.

  • Department equipment: Standard outpatient rehab tools (inquire for specifics).
