Job description

Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Georgia Physical Therapist license required prior to the start of assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. This site will not accept first-time travelers.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
  • Ability to manage a daily patient census of approximately 10–15 patients with 30-minute treatment intervals and occasional 60-minute complex evaluations.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient hospital-affiliated rehabilitation clinic.
  • Shift Days: Monday - Friday.
  • Shift Type: Normal business hours.
  • Typical Shift Times: 5x8 or 4x10 schedules; clinic may determine consistent day off for duration of assignment.
  • Standard Hours Per Week: 40.
  • Patient Population: General orthopedics, debility, stroke/CVA, neurological disorders, multi-trauma, fractures.
  • Orientation: New Employee Orientation plus 5 days departmental orientation.
  • Department Support: Team consists of approximately 2 therapists, 1 office coordinator, and 1 rehab aide.
  • Scheduling: No weekend rotation, no on-call requirements, no holiday expectations.
  • Uniform/Parking: Polos provided; free parking on site.
