Location:Irvine, CA
Contract:6+ Month
Shift: 1st Shift, M-F, 8:30-5:30
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented TEMP Analyst Facilities & General Affairs to support the day-to-day operations of our corporate office. This role is responsible for facilities coordination, vendor management, purchasing, accounts payable, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with financial data, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Office Operations
  • Support daily office and facilities operations to ensure a productive workplace.
  • Coordinate the purchase of office supplies and operational materials.
  • Manage employee uniform ordering and distribution.
  • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify operational needs.
  • Assist with company events and office initiatives.
  • Support fixed asset tracking and inventory management.

Purchasing & Vendor Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Obtain competitive quotes and process purchase orders.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records.

Accounts Payable & Financial Support
  • Process invoices using SAP and electronic document management systems.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports and record accruals.
  • Reconcile General Affairs accounts.
  • Maintain organized and auditable financial documentation.

Qualifications
Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 12 years of experience in office administration, facilities, purchasing, accounts payable, or a related business support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Understanding of accounting principles.
