The Role We are seeking an Experienced Generator Technician capable of leading full installations and performing comprehensive maintenance and diagnostic service work on residential and commercial standby units. This is a full-time, year-round position for a technician who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Installations: Lead the seamless installation of Generac standby generators, including electrical connections and transfer switches.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine multi-point inspections, oil/filter changes, and battery testing to ensure system reliability.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical issues; perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.
  • Customer Excellence: Provide "Legendary Service" by explaining system operations to homeowners and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
