We are hiring a dependable and skilled Generator Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing team. The Service Technician will support generator startups, routine maintenance, basic service work, and diagnostic troubleshooting on standby generator systems. Generac certifications are a plus, but they are not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform generator startups after installation
- Complete routine maintenance and basic service on standby generators
- Diagnose generator issues and assist with troubleshooting
- Inspect systems for proper operation, safety, and performance
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service work performed
- Document service visits, findings, parts used, and recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
- Represent Generator Supercenter of Denver professionally in the field
Qualifications:
- Mechanical, electrical, or small engine experience preferred
