What You'll Do
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
  • Install and run new electrical feeds, primarily low-voltage wiring for HVAC equipment
  • Perform electrical panel upgrades and service upgrades
  • Install and support wiring for heating and cooling equipment
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate electrical requirements and project needs
  • Maintain accurate and complete material and stock lists
  • Install, troubleshoot, and support Generac systems (experience preferred)
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Requirements:

Qualifications
  • Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required
  • Low-voltage electrical experience required
  • Experience wiring heating and cooling equipment required
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
  • Experience with older residential wiring ("snake wiring") preferred
  • Generac certification or generator experience preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC controls, controls, relays, and zone boards preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
