Role Description:
Serve as the functional expert for MES solutions,
Lead MES requirement gathering workshops with manufacturing, quality, and operations stakeholders
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into clear MES functional specifications
Validate MES design to ensure alignment with standard manufacturing processes and best practices
Understand existing MES solution built for other business and demo solutions to new plants, sectors, businesses etc.
Understand gaps, document gaps, provide solution to close the gaps.
Provide functional expertise in Proficy MES, including configuration and deployment
Support key Proficy MES functions such as Production execution and work order management
Material consumption and genealogy
Performance analysis
