  • Drive automation and engineering best practices to improve scalability, reliability, consistency and policy enforcement.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve analytics, reporting and team productivity.
  • Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Platform and Engineering teams to integrate security controls and analytics into enterprise platforms and workflows.
  • Establish documentation, operating procedures and support models that improve resilience, maintainability and accountability.
  • Support audit, compliance and regulatory requirements through strong service ownership and measurable control outcomes.

About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience leading and developing engineering teams within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong background in Security Engineering, Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Solid understanding of data integrity, security analytics and data protection concepts, including encryption, certificate lifecycle management, secure data handling and access control.
  • Experience building or operating analytics platforms, dashboards, reporting capabilities or metrics that support security operations and risk-based decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across multiple engineering and security teams.
  • Ability to balance people leadership with technical ownership and operational delivery.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, reporting, automation and engineering workflows.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with AI-enabled workflow automation or analytics tools.
  • Professional security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
  • Experience building enterprise-scale security analytics or data protection services.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance or regulated environments.
