The role

This pillar owns the demand side - partner channels and digital demand gen. You'll lead a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers, and you're accountable for the numbers: CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution. The IVP framework only matters if it drives acquisition. Your job is to make sure it does, across every channel we operate in.

What you'll own

  • Channel strategy - Own the channel mix across partner and digital - setting investment priorities, performance targets, and GTM playbooks per channel.
  • Team leadership - Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
  • Performance ownership - Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner enablement - Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.

What we're looking for

  • Growth marketing background - Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
  • Commercial fluency - Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
  • Team builder - Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
  • Multi-brand experience - Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.

The base salary range for this position is: $171,600- $215,200* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
