Gen X professionals often bring valuable experience and strong work ethics to their roles, but adapting to rapidly changing workplace technologies can be a challenge. Many companies are incorporating new digital tools and platforms, requiring ongoing training and a willingness to upskill. Successful Gen X employees typically embrace lifelong learning and seek out resources, such as online courses or internal training, to stay current.
