Purpose of the Role
The Software Developer - Automation & AI Solutions will design and develop software that automates business processes, improves customer workflows, and introduces new AI-enabled capabilities into McLeod's DocumentPower and Logix Solution platforms.
Responsible For
  • Designing and delivering reliable software solutions that automate business processes and improve customer workflows.
  • Developing and integrating AI, LLM and other intelligent automation capabilities into McLeod Imaging products.

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, required.
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and demonstrated experience developing production software required.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience - gradual advancement in responsibilities, complexity, and skills indicating clear career progression, required.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals required.
  • Experience with AI-powered applications, LLMs, or AI agents, along with software architecture, object-oriented development, debugging, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Experience with modern web development, APIs, system integrations, relational databases, Agile methodologies, preferred.
