The General Education Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to students in a supportive and engaging classroom environment.   1. Develop and implement engaging, standards-based lesson plans aligned with state and school curriculum

  3. Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods into instruction
  4. Assess student learning regularly and adjust instruction accordingly
Classroom Management
  1. Establish and maintain a structured, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

  3. Promote a positive classroom culture that supports student engagement and success
Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
