This job is onsite Monday-Friday each week.


Position Summary:

This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our ERP system, ensuring timely processing and exceptional service throughout the order cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent communication, and a customer-first mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and process customer orders into the ERP system.

Review purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and pricing.

Confirm order details with customers as needed, via phone or email, while providing excellent customer service (strong communication and follow-up skills are essential).

Monitor open orders and follow up on any issues or delays.

Convert cases into units using the formula given.

Communicate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, shipping) to ensure order fulfillment.

Handle basic customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability.

Maintain organized records of orders and customer correspondence.

Comfortable upselling, cold calling potential customers, and completing the daily customer call list to increase the companys growth.

Support the customer service team with administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is a plus.

12 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or data entry preferred.

Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a strong plus.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Access and Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Must have intermediate math skills.

Office-based

Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
