Location: Manassas, Virginia

Salary: Base Salary around $72,000 + Realistic Bonus Potential

We are seeking talented Front of House (FOH) Operations Managers to join their leadership team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and contributing to the continued growth of one of the industry's most exciting groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all Front of House operations, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Manage, train, and develop a team of 30-40 FOH staff members, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
  • Drive revenue growth and manage costs effectively to meet and exceed financial targets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, quality, and brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to ensure operational harmony and alignment with company goals.
  • Handle guest relations, resolve issues promptly, and build customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service environment with a significant bar program.
  • Demonstrated success in managing operations with annual sales of $3 million or more.
  • Experience in the casual-themed or premium casual, chef-driven restaurant segments is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to delivering outstanding service.
