Job description

Job Description Summary

The Associate-Production role is expected to be in individual capable of reading electrical and mechanical drawings and translating that into a finished product with limited supervision to the highest level of quality.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
  • Wire components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards.
  • Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.
  • Knowledgeable with panel assembly and wiring.
  • Knowledge of UL508A standards.
  • Willingness to learn new product.
Desired Characteristics
  • 2+ years manufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.
  • Panel assembly and wiring experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiar with assembly and wiring a range of drive product including AC & DC drives, variable speed drives, motor exciters, remote I/O stations, and operator stations.
