  • Experience Required: 15 Years

  • MES Solution Consulting - 8+ years experience required

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering| Computer Science| Manufacturing Systems| or related fields.

  • 15 years experience in Manufacturing IT| with at least 8 years in MES architecture or solution design.

  • Hands-on experience with major MES platforms such as, GE Proficy Plant Appsb. GE Historianc, Kepwared, ThingWorxe, SQL Serverf, SSRSg..Net

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations including production scheduling| quality| traceability| OEE| batch management| and material management.

  • Deep knowledge of ISA 95| ISA 88| and manufacturing system integration patterns.

  • Experience integrating MES with PLCSCADA| historians| and ERP systems.

  • Hands-on experience designing MES architectures| integrations| and data flows for plant-floor systems

  • Proficiency in SQL databases| APIs| web services| and integration middleware.

  • Experience designing scalable| high-availability solutions for multi-site manufacturing environments
