As a Sr Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a driving force in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Working in a skilled team of reliability engineers, you will instill a culture of excellence and continous improvement.

In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of robust reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, with a keen focus on driving initiatives to elevate our reliability practices. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle. Your technical leadership extends to analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize product performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
