Job Description

Leads an agile team for GCT Coporate Municipal Services (CMS), Global Structured Finance (GSF), and Wealth, Corporate, and Institutional Banking Operations (WCIBO) focused on delivering value for stakeholders. Provides insight and assists with planning on conversion strategy. Partners with stakeholders to understand current state, collaborate for future state, and solicit and incorporate feedback. Serves as the product expert and works effectively with technology, business lines, and other partners to evolve and optimize the platform. Manages the team backlog, epics, user stories, priorities, and roadmap. Leads backlog refinement to define acceptance criteria and create a shared understanding. Collaborates with Scrum Masters and Product Managers for dependencies and cross-team planning. Partners with the Senior Product Manager to understand and deliver the product vision and roadmap and communicate timelines. Executes acceptance tests and coordinates with stakeholders for user acceptance testing. Plans and performs readiness activities.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Product management experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Eight or more years of related work experience
  • VIPR experience across a variety of Global Corporate Trust products
  • General knowledge of interfacing applications including STA and Arcaria
  • Self-directed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive initiatives forward
  • Aptitude to understand both technical and non-technical processes, requirements, and design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Collateralized Loan Obligations
  • Advanced understanding of Agile development

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
