Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager and experienced Construction Supervisor with a GC/CBC/CRC license to join our dynamic team. You will be compensated based on salary and profitability, as well as paid for qualifying the company as an employee. You will be eligible for profit sharing program for each project.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing project plans, supervising subcontractors, interacting with homeowners, general contractors and warehouse management and supervision of remodeling projects in the Kitchen and Bath business.

Your focus will be the entire breadth of our business from receiving inventory, warehouse management, delivery of cabinetry to the customer, managing the overall project and supervising the crews for installation, plumbing, electrical and engaging any general contractors working in conjunction with a project.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Home Remodeling, Renovation, and all aspects of hiring and managing subcontractors. Experience with drywall, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, plumbing, electrical and all permitting in Lee and Collier counties. Excellent construction and remodeling experience in supervisory roles, skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. With a broad knowledge of construction, permitting, and having been responsible for installing cabinetry, countertops and construction remodeling services.

Background Experience (minimum requirements)

Kitchen, bath and home remodeling, working with builders, general contractors and subcontractors, designers and commercial projects. A plus will be experience in design, sales and a strong contact base in the builder, construction, designer and cabinetry business in SWFL. Mandatory to have a current CRC or GC license.

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• GC, CBC, CRC license mandatory (compensation flexibility for Licenses).

Duties

• Manage the Warehouse and all aspect of inbound and delivery of products and cabinetry
• Project management of selected remodeling projects from start to final inspection
• Collaborate with the design team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns with project management
• Report directly to the Owners
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze profitability of each project
• Engage in B2B sales activities, including upselling products and services to enhance client solutions.
• Provide technical support and insights to clients with designers, installers, and owners
• Interact and manage outside vendors, fabricators, plumbers, electricians, general contractors, subcontractors
• Submit and manage all Permitting for any projects requirements.

• Ability to price projects profitably and manage subcontractors bidding for projects.
• Proven experience in construction supervision, remodeling and project management or related fields such as B2B or construction services.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and business development strategies within the remodeling and builder market.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage profitable projects.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and customer needs within the remodeling and construction industry in SWFL.
• Effectively communicate technical information within the remodeling and construction industry.
• Previous experience in cabinetry, countertops, remodeling services within the SWFL market.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

Kitchen and Bath Showroom design center. Kitchen, bath and outdoor kitchen cabinetry, countertop, flooring, hardware, and plumbing fixtures. Design, installation, and full renovation services in SWFL. Working with in house design team, sales and installation teams. Contract with Designers, General contractors and private homeowners.
