ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been in business for 22 years, and my husband is an agent as well. We operate two offices, but we function as one unified team every team member works together toward a shared goal. That collaboration is a big part of what makes our agency special. We have an amazing, capable, and genuinely caring team of 10 people who support one another and take pride in the work we do.
For our team, we offer retirement benefits, paid vacation and sick time, holiday pay, and even extra time off as part of our sales incentives. When we hit our goals, we celebrate together, including a fun annual team trip on us. We believe in recognizing wins both big and small, from birthdays and new babies to standout sales weeks, and we make sure to enjoy the journey along the way.
My husband and I are both proud graduates of University of Florida (Go Gators!), and were big fans of both Gator football and basketball. We were lucky enough to attend the Final Four last year when the Gators brought home the championship, which was an unforgettable experience.
Giving back matters to us. Were very involved in our kids schools, our church, and local community outreach programs, especially during the holidays when theres a greater need. We also sponsor events around town and truly love being part of the Vero Beach community. Were looking for a true go-getter - someone who wants to help people, is driven to succeed, and isnt afraid to pick up the phone. If youre looking for a place where teamwork, growth, and community genuinely matter, this could be a great fit for you.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kathy Modesitt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We look forward to connecting with you if you are the ideal customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
