Gate Host/Guest Services Attendant

Mountain House Lodge at Sereno Canyon is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Gate Host/Guest Services Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Gate Host/Guest Services Attendant:

  • Accurately controls gate access of residents, guests and vendors to the resort style community.
  • Checks all guests into the resort style community based on established procedures.
  • Promotes ownership activities and special events in the community and Mountain House Lodge.
  • Provides accurate and complete information about the community and resort and the surrounding areas.
  • Answers guest questions and provides accurate directions to all points of interest inside the community.
  • Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
  • Maintains accurate and reliable logs and records of daily activities and resident/guest/vendor interactions of note.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
  • Knowledge of Gate Pass Systems and Microsoft applications a plus.
