Gate agents play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding experience for travelers. They must also handle unexpected situations such as flight delays, cancellations, or passenger issues with professionalism and customer service skills.

What are the typical responsibilities of a gate agent and how do they contribute to the overall airport operations?

Gate Agents are responsible for managing the boarding process, assisting passengers with check-in, handling flight changes, and resolving seating or ticketing issues at the gate. They play a vital role in ensuring flights depart on time by coordinating with flight crews, ground staff, and passengers.
