  • Supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Tracks progress, resolves problems, develops solutions, and forecasts project revenue
  • Coordinates with other functional organizations
  • Identifies and addresses project problems, analyzes data gathered, and develops solutions and recommendations
  • Develops project plans, schedules and budget
  • Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s)
  • Performs risks assessments and develop mitigation plan as needed
  • Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations
  • Support military budget EVMS activities & support project management activities
  • Actively participate in initiatives for continuous improvement using ACE tools and support AS9100 efforts
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil or Aerospace Engineering
  • 5 years of engineering experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of engineering experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Advanced Engineering degree or MBA
  • Experience working in the Aerospace Industry or with jet engines
  • Previous gas turbine compressor experience
  • Experience with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, MS Project or other scheduling software
  • English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English.
