Senior Business Analyst Midstream Oil & Gas
  • Lead business analysis activities for large-scale Midstream Oil & Gas technology and transformation programs.
  • Partner with business executives, operational leaders, SMEs, Product Owners, and IT leadership to define strategic requirements.
  • Lead requirements discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process-design sessions.
  • Define and document complex business, functional, non-functional, and system requirements.
  • Analyze end-to-end midstream business processes, including pipeline transportation, gathering and processing, terminals, storage, measurement, scheduling, and hydrocarbon movement.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • Lead UAT strategy, test planning, business validation, defect prioritization, and implementation readiness.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data, Integration, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, and Application Development teams to deliver business transformation initiatives.
